Empathic Mediation Foundations

90 minute teleclass, once weekly for 5 weeks. $ 350, limit 10 people
Prerequisite:  Foundations of Empathic Communication™

Discover the powerful difference between mediating by establishing connection rather than focusing on strategies.  Learn the various aspects of the Empathic Mediation model, including pre-mediation setup, presenting the process to the mediation parties, and the vital skill of surfacing needs.  Includes 4 basic steps and skill-building in several areas.  Each participant will have the opportunity to practice the model in the role of mediator as well as to engage in role-plays as people in conflict.
