Foundations of Empathic Communication™

90 minute teleclass, once weekly for 5 weeks.  $350, limit 10 people

Fridays, 3pm, EST Starting March 18, 2008

This class introduces the basic skill sets of Empathic Communication™.  Learn to speak in ways that minimize reactivity and generate understanding, trust and cooperation.  Become familiar with the fulcrum of change and the source point of emotions:  basic human needs.  Take care of yourself and others with requests that are more likely to be received with ease and acted upon with pleasure.

Find the gift of hearing "No" and become comfortable and confident in expressing "No" from the dynamically balanced place of still valuing the other person's needs.  Begin to discover the motivations and values embedded in every message and experience the powerful resulting connection.  Remove the sting from emotional responses and create ease for yourself and the other.

This class teaches the structure and components of Empathic Communication™ and is a prerequisite to the other classes and practice groups that we offer.
